Our Production & Quality

In order to produce Steering and Suspension Components, Tie Rod Ends, Drag-links, Ball Joints, Idler Arms, Suspension Arms, King Pin Sets, Suspension Bushes, Track Control Arms, Universal Joint Crosses, we make use of Alloys Steel Suitable for Ball Pin and housing duly machined on Japanese MAZAK CNC machine. The other relevant parts used are ensured to be the best material suitable. The spring used has been procured from Stump and Arnitel, a German plant in New Delhi. The upper and lower cups are made from Teflon/Acetol a product of Dupont German. It is a self lubricated material specially used in Suspension. The grease we are using is MOLY Grease. It is a synthetic grease with better result than the petroleum based grease. We are making grease and non-grease Ball Joint depending on the requirement. We can make a combination of all these also. We conduct various testings such as Axial Lifting Test, Structure Test, Torque Test, Endurance Test and Dust Cover Test.

Our Infrastructure:

Our Forging Unit has DROP Hammer of 2 Tons capacity and forging and friction presses of different capacity. The forging unit works 20 hours a day consuming 110 tons per month. Our machining unit has four CNC Mazak Turning Centers, Bridgeport Vertical Machining Center, Auto Copying Lathes, Thread Rolling Machines, Grinding, Internal Grinders. We design and conduct tests in our plants where we have complete control of every operation. Our engineering staff supported by modern machinery and continuously developing programs working under quality management system which is closely monitored.

We are O.E. in 60% of the Tractor Segment in India. Over 12 vehicle manufacturers are using our products as O.E. OCAP. Italy is our esteemed buyer for over 8 years. Our products are acceptable in the replacement market of America, Europe and Latin America.
